Terms of Service

ApexLab (“ApexLab”, “we”, “us”) is a browser racing game at playapexlab.com, run by Jasmina Bozic. By using ApexLab you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. The game

You can build tracks, drive them, run races as Race Director, share tracks with the community and play Career mode. Most of ApexLab is free. Career mode needs ApexLab Pro (see section 5).

2. Your account

• You need an account to save tracks to the cloud, share them, rate them, set leaderboard times and play Career.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• If you are under 16, or under the age of digital consent where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to create an account and to buy Pro.
• You can delete your account at any time from the account window. Your tracks, laps, ratings and Career save are deleted with it.

3. What you share

• Tracks you publish stay yours. By publishing, you let ApexLab show them to everyone, let people drive and rate them, and let people remix them into their own tracks.
• Track names and driver names must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, or impersonate someone. Don’t publish spam or copies of other people’s tracks as your own.
• We may hide or remove any shared track, and suspend accounts that break these rules or try to cheat leaderboards.

4. Fair play

Don’t attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and don’t submit fake lap times. Leaderboard times that look impossible are refused or removed.

5. ApexLab Pro

• Pro unlocks Career mode. It is sold as a one-time Career pass (€15) or a monthly subscription (€3 a month). Prices may include or have VAT added depending on where you live.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to your purchase.
• A subscription renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the account window (Manage subscription) or from the link in your Paddle receipt; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
• The Career pass is a licence to use Career mode on your account for as long as ApexLab offers it. It is not transferable.

6. Changes and availability

ApexLab is a game in active development. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. If we ever close ApexLab for good, we will give at least 60 days’ notice on the site, and subscribers will not be charged after that notice.

7. Liability

ApexLab is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data, or anything beyond the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
